How do I download a YouTube video in Telegram?

Which Instagram posts are supported?
Public Reels, photos, videos and mixed carousels, plus available Stories and Highlights. Private or removed content cannot be downloaded; Stories may expire.
Is the quality preserved?
The bot selects the best available source. File mode keeps the downloaded original. In-chat playback may require a codec conversion; separate compression reduces quality and is enabled by your choice.
Can I get just the audio?
